 1. Introduction

 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Urban Playcity website and services. By using this website, submitting forms, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website. Urban Playcity is a creche and pre-school providing early childhood care and education services in Nigeria.

2. Services Offered Through this website, Urban Playcity provides:

- Information about creche and pre-school programs 

- Online enrollment and admission enquiry forms

- Visit scheduling and contact services 

- Educational content and school updates 

Submission of forms does not automatically guarantee admission. Final enrollment is subject to verification and acceptance by Urban Playcity.

3.1 Child Eligibility 

- Enrollment is open to children who meet the age requirements specified for creche and pre-school programs. 

- All child information must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

3.2 Parent / Guardian Eligibility

3.3 Residency 

- Services are primarily offered in Nigeria. 

- Parents or guardians residing outside Nigeria may submit enquiries but must comply with applicable Nigerian laws and regulations.
